we started:

Andrew started playing with
websites in 1998 just for fun and in 2001 created a website for his own business which
helped take the business from strength to strength and is still going today.
Skip forward 10 years to 2009, Michelle and Andrew wanted to do some
advertising for their play centre business they were opening in Caerphilly and talking to
other business owners it seemed most were frustrated at the response they were getting
from the existing new paper and magazine marketing publications never mind what it was
costing them and the distribution was getting more hap-hazard and less and less all the
time.
Some of these businesses had websites made for them, but again where could
they advertise thier business website to locally? |
Having your website found on the internet or search engine was like a
needle in a haystack or very expensive. So the idea was put forward to make a community
website, the central hub for local people to find information about anything local, much
like a local newspaper or magazine but online.
At the end 2011 an Estate Agent side was added to the business ready for
2012.
And this is where the first local community website started www.thisis Caerphilly .co.uk.
